Nuts for Mutts - The Walk joins animal lovers in a 5K walk to raise funds for New Leash On Life's education, rehabilitation and adoption programs, including Lend a Paw.  Lend a Paw builds on the legacy created by New Leash On Life by rescuing animals, facilitating their rehabilitation and training and using the rescued animals as Social/Therapy dogs for children and adults with illness or disabilities in need of healing, acceptance, and love.

After the walk, celebrate your accomplishments and cool off your tootsies while you, your pooch and family enjoy some fun tunes at our Beach Blanket After Party!

Feel free to bring a lunch or enjoy our food vendors while you take in some music from 3 original bands (Qwiksand, Kelly’s Lot & BirdFish Band) performing live as well as shopping at our awesome vendors. If that’s not enough…go get a Henna Tattoo or learn something new at pet related mini seminars.

The kids will be jazzed by the carnival games, the face painter, balloon artist, and juggler….Not to mention the super colossal Jumpy Bouncer Slide Combo! (for more info on the after party attractions click here)

Still need more great stuff to do? Join into a volleyball game, or take a look at our amazingly perfect mutts at our New Leash On Life Adoption booth!
