Become a Vendor!

It's easy to become a vendor at our Walk and promote your product or service to supporters and members of New Leash On Life, the Rotary Club of Calabasas and the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center.

  1. Complete the Vendor Request form below. 

  2. You will be contacted by New Leash On Life to inform you if you have been approved for a booth space. Submitting this form does not guarantee you a space.   Due to space limitations, all vendors must be approved.

  3. Once approved, you will be sent a unique link to a web page where you choose your booth space, purchase advertising in our program (optional) and make payment.

Please note that at this time, submitting a vendor request simply lets us know you are interested in becoming a vendor.  You are not obliged in any way to rent a space, and we are not asking for a payment at this time. 

Booth Information:
Booths prices range from $250-$400 depending on location.  All booths include: White canopy tent with one-two panels, one 8' table with tablecloth, 2 chairs
Vendors are welcome to bring additional table and chairs, but will not be allowed to provide their own tent.

Food vendors: We will only allow 5 food vendors at the event. The price is $600. Please make sure you specify below if you are a food vendor.

Non-Profits: We have a limited number of booths for non-profits at $150 each. Please specify below if you are a non-profit. A copy of your 501(c)3 will need to be faxed to 818-342-3120 Attn: Kelly Dorafshar.
